New version 8.0+ of SURFEX corresponding to the official version 8.0 of SURFEX + new developments from MESONH due to the parallelization of PGD, PREP_REAL_CASE and SPAWNING.
BE CAREFUL some NAMELISTS have changed :
PRE_PGD1.nam : &NAM_COVER : YFILETYPE becomes YCOVERFILETYPE &NAM_ZS : YFILETYPE becomes YZSFILETYPE &NAM_PGD_GRID : YFILETYPE becomes YINIFILETYPE
PRE_REAL1.nam/PRE_IDEA1.nam &NAM_PREP_SEAFLUX : CTYPE becomes CTYPE_SEAFLX

CENTRAL TEMPORAL SCHEME FOR WIND WITH TIME SPLITTING (C.Lac, F.Auguste)
The 4th order centred scheme for wind transport can be used with 2 temporal schemes :
CTEMP_SCHEME='LEFR' : Leap-Frog : equivalent to the previous 5.2 version CTEMP_SCHEME='RKC4' : 4th order Runge-Kutta time splitting : the time step can be multiplied by a factor between 2 and 3 compared to Leap-Frog
BE CAREFUL this variable CTEMP_SCHEME is now necessary for all the wind transport schemes in
&NAM_ADVn CUVW_ADV_SCHEME="CEN4TH", CTEMP_SCHEME='LEFR'/
COUPLING with a WAVE model via OASIS (J.Piannezze)

RTTOV 11.3 (J-P.Chaboureau)
