How to convert MESONH output to Vapor data format for Vapor version 1.5.4?

The script ktest_vapor_convert is an example for on how to convert from lfi format to vdf format for the KTEST 004_Reunion. Basically, it is composed of 3 steps:

To run the script

1. Create a new directory. For example:

mkdir Vapor_Test
cd Vapor_Test

2. Save the script ktest_vapor_convert in this directory

3. Run it as follows (where ~/MNH-V4-9-2B/MY_RUN/KTEST/004_Reunion/003_mesonh is the name of the directory where the lfi files are stored). Make sure to run the KTEST 004_Reunion ( make 004_Reunion in the src directory ) before running this script.

./ktest_vapor_convert ~/MNH-V4-9-2B/MY_RUN/KTEST/004_Reunion/003_mesonh

Another example from DIAG output for vapor 1.5.4

1. Create a new directory. For example:

3. Run it as follows (where ~/MNH-V4-9-3/MY_RUN/KTEST/007_16janvier/009_diag is the name of the directory where the lfi files are stored). Make sure to run the KTEST 007_16janvier ( make 007_16janvier in the src directory ) before running this script.
